These letters of support and introduction, written by two of the Commissioners of our Los Angeles Blue Ribbon Commission, Representative Linda Sanchez and Bishop Mary Ann Swenson, were attached to their final BRC Report.

The Commissioners heard testimony by workers, industry experts and economists on the detrimental effect of FedEx's, sometimes subtle but constant, diminishing of worker benefits and its impact upon the middle class in LA.

The Commissioner's conclusions and recommendations for solving the problems are contained within the BRC report. The final report and these letters of introduction were hand delivered to U.S. Representatives' and U.S.Senators' offices in Washington, D.C. by Teamster staff from the Teamsters International building located on Capitol Hill.
